The desert rosy boa is a small but stocky snake which has stripes of tan, brown/red or rose on a grey or buff (cream) background.

 

Locality

South eastern California and Arizona.

24x15x15in.

 

Basic set up type

Arid/Savannah type set up. As with all snakes, hides should be provided at both ends of the vivarium.

 

Diet

The diet of the Desert Rosy Boa should be made up of rodents.
